We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than damage during transit.
Please ensure you read product descriptions and details carefully before making a purchase.
Damaged Product Policy
If your order arrives damaged, you may request a replacement subject to the following conditions:
Eligibility for Replacement:
You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
You must provide an unboxing video clearly showing:
The original unopened package
The damage to the product
The shipping label for verification
Photos of the damaged item must also be submitted.

After we verify the damage:
You may receive a free replacement, or
A full or partial refund, depending on the extent of the damage

Refund Method
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your payment provider (some banks take time to process).
