Return & Exchange Policy:

• If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please record an unboxing video at the time of opening the package — this is required to process any claim.
• Returns are not accepted, as our products — crystals in particular — are individually charged and personalized for each customer at the time of order.
• Refunds or returns cannot be processed for orders shipped internationally due to logistical constraints. Please double-check your order details before checkout.
• Any customs duties, excise charges, or local import taxes are the customer’s responsibility. Kindly verify your country’s import rules prior to placing an order.

Shipping Policy:
